NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 DAYS!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return for a store credit. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
A. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
B. Classygalofficial.com throughly inspects all items before shipping to customer; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. In the event that the item does not meet the original condition, a store credit will not be issued.
C. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that includes signs of wear, stains, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
D. Shipping fees are non refundable.
E. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send package back to Classy Gal.
F. Please include original packing slip (includes name and order number) so we can identify the customer.
* If you are requesting and exchange and the item, size, color is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Return Processing Time
Upon receiving your package, your return for a store credit will be processed with 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
